Simon's homemade croissants

Simon made homemade croissants for us to try out on Monday. They looked very much like Premier Inn croissants and are very tasty! In mine, I put strawberry jam. It was deeelicious! There was only one left to photograph! Here it is:

They were really nice, and he's made them before! They were very flaky, which I think is a tradition with croissants so that's good. They were brilliant at breakfast time, but I bet we could have put savoury items in them too!
