It was my birthday the other day, and it was a very fun day as well! We went to the National video game museum and played loads of games there. My birthday presents include a Nerf dino squad raptor gun, a Lego Minecraft set (the warped forest) and a Minecraft smartwatch! I also got some money from my parents. I decided to spend the money on a Nintendo Switch because I've wanted one of them for a while now and they looked really good. So I bought it. Later it was ready for collection at Fulwood Co-op. Simon picked it up on the way back from Zoe's drama group, and I started to set it up. I made a profile and Simon discovered parental controls (RRRGGGHHH) and set it to one hour thirty playtime (noooo.) Here is a picture of my (restricted) Nintendo Switch.

I've got a few games on it at the moment, like Dadish about a dad who is a radish, and Minecraft (see blog post 'gaming on Minecraft') as pictured. But I've also ordered some other games like Splatoon and Mario Kart. I hope they arrive soon! Bye!
The Nintendo Switch opens up such a wide world of casual and hardcore gaming. On the PC side, especially in FPS games, I use this guide — https://daddyskins.com/blog/counterpedia/m0nesy-cs2-settings/ — to mirror pro player settings. It really boosted my performance in CS2.
